Join us for the final meeting of the Basketry series. Basket weavers of all skill levels are welcome to take a break at the end of the semester and join us to try out basket weaving. This week we'll be reading The Woman Who Owned the Shadows by Paula Gunn Allen (Laguna Pueblo).

Join us for Bead, Weave, and Read, a monthly workshop where we explore different crafting traditions while we visit. This series focuses on crafts such as beadwork, basket-weaving, earring making, loom skills, and more, each complemented by thought-provoking readings from Indigenous women and Two Spirit authors. Each session lasts 1.5 hours with new crafts and reading introduced every three sessions. All crafting supplies, snacks, and reading are provided - just bring your curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm! Supplies and space limited.
